Refund policy

At Talkies, every communication card and awareness tag is designed with care and individually 3D printed. As each item is handmade, slight variations are part of the manufacturing process.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your parcel arrives damaged or your item has been broken during transit, Australia Post’s shipping insurance will need to be utilised.

To assist with a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item.
  • Photos of all packaging (including the mailing satchel/box).
  • Photos of any damage to the packaging.
  • Your order number.

Once the Australia Post claim has been assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Faulty Items

If your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the fault and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

3D Printing Characteristics

Our products are manufactured using high-quality 3D printing technology.

Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, your product may display:

  • Fine layer lines.
  • Minor surface texture.
  • Small seams or print marks.
  • Slight colour variations between batches.

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. Each piece is individually produced, making every item unique.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where a product has a major fault or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees provided by law.
